Fletcher Aluminium

Fletcher Aluminium designs, develops and manufactures premium aluminium extrusions for an extensive range of industries.

Fletchers contracted us to project manage a multi-million dollar project, the installation of their 3000  square metre aluminium window processing plant. The plant encompasses three specific areas of production - chemical pre-treatment of aluminium, a powder coating plant and a fabrication area producing the final window frames.

The project spanned over 14 months which involved liaising with visiting foreign technicians, unloading containers/crates, installation of more than 200 square metres of compressor ring main assembly, commissioning of plant machinery, layout and design of services to the machinery, fabrication of trolleys and racking to the site.

We also conducted operator training and introduced a preventative maintenance programme.
